Augusta Pines Golf Course is home of the PGA Championship Tour Event and has been since 2004. Designed by Tour 18 Inc. the golf course is one of the premier courses in Texas. The course is 18 holes and offers plenty of practice for beginners prior to attempting the challenging greens. This includes multiple sand bunkers, pitching greens, and six target greens. This private club allows for guest play with members though tee time must be reserved in advance. Additionally, if any golfing attire or equipment is needed golfers can head to the clubhouse and check out what is being offered in the pro shop.
The 100,000 square foot clubhouse also includes a restaurant, Savannah’s Steak and Seafood for formal dining experiences, a banquet hall which can be reserved for events such as weddings and business parties, and tournament planning for private game play by a company, charitable, or professional organization. Other features include the Jr. Olympic sized Swimming Pool for residents of Augusta Pines to enjoy.
Homes at Augusta Pines are modestly priced in the $190,000 range. For this price you can receive a villa with a variety of floor plans.
