Golf Course Paradise

Birchwood Farms Country Club golf course and community is in Harbor Springs, Michigan.  It was opened in 1972 and is located in the northern portion of Lower Michigan on 1600 acres of woodland.   Golfing is offered in the spring, the summer and the fall until the snow flies.

Birchwood is a private course offering 27 holes of golf.  Golf prices range between $11 and $93, with special rates given for seniors and after twilight hours.

The Clubhouse offers a pool, a restaurant and Pro Shop.  A Golf Pro is available by appointment for lessons and instruction.  Several tennis courts and a Tennis Pro are also on the grounds of Birchwood for member’s use.  There is a playground and a children’s pool onsite for young members.  A restaurant serves lunch and dinner with a wide array of menu selections.  The facilities are available for banquets and private parties.

The housing community is growing rapidly.  Housing is available for single families in the range of $125,000 to $400,000.   Houses in the community include two story, traditional and ranch style layouts.

Harbor Springs, Michigan offers a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment for every lifestyle.  Spectacular views of Lake Michigan and hills and valleys are plentiful throughout the entire area.  Casual, fine and family dining establishments are within a short drive from Birchwood.
