Bull Valley is a private Golf Course and Community in Woodstock, Illinois. It was opened in 1986 and sits atop 500 acres in Northern Illinois. It was formally a dairy farm, and converted over by three ingenius golf fans.
Bull Valley has 18 holes of championship golf, designed by Dick Nugent. There are five different tees set up to challenge every level of golf enthusiast. Golfing is allowed in the spring, summer and fall, weather permitting. Rates for a round of golf start at $45 and go to $135, depending on the season. Five membership levels are available to service every need.
The Clubhouse offers a well stocked Pro Shop. A Golf Pro is also on-site to offer consultation and lessons. A grill serves lunch and dinner. Banquet facilities are available for weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Housing in Bull Valley is very affluent. Houses and condos start at $500,000 and go up in price to $1.2 million. Homes are stately two story and modern layouts, with ample floor space. Luxury amenities are offered for families and couples. There are one hundred and eighty seven lots on the grounds of Bull Valley.
