Golf Course Paradise

The St. Ives Resort and Golf Club is located in Canadian Lakes, Michigan, and was opened in 1995 as a semi-private course.  It is located in central Michigan, on 1200 beautiful acres of trees and gently rolling hills.  Golfing is offered in the spring, the summer and the fall to members.

St. Ives Course offers 36 holes of championship golf, beautifully designed by Jerry Matthews.  Golf prices begin at $65 and go to $75.  Ask for special rates or seasonal availability.  Golf packages are available for guests to get the best value.

The Clubhouse at St Ives offers many amenities.  Tennis, swimming, hiking and fishing are available on-site.  A boat launch and equestrian facilities are also available to those staying at the resort.  There is a large banquet facility for private functions year-round.  A Pro Shop is well stocked and ready to service your golfing needs.   Social activities are planned for adults and children to participate in both off and on-site.

Housing is available for single families in the range of $95,000 to $200,000.   Houses in the community include two story, traditional and modern style layouts.  Each house has beautiful views, surrounded by trees with the golf club and resort nearby.

St. Ives Resort is 30 miles west of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.  Mt. Pleasant is home to Soaring Eagle Casino and Central Michigan University.  Many cultural and night life options are available for every taste.  Shopping and dining facilities abound for casual or formal occasions.
