Golf Course Paradise

Pataskala is a quiet bedroom community, just east of Columbus Ohio.  It’s a small town set amidst Ohio farmland and quaint college towns.  It’s a friendly, unhurried, and affordable place to live.  Cumberland Trail is a new golf community set just outside of Pataskala along acres of parkland.  Homeowners can choose from among a variety of condo and single home designs, with views of the golf course, parkland, or creek.  Prices start around $180,000.  Most homes feature gracious screened porches or patios, full basements, and attached garages.

Golf is a major focus at Cumberland Trail.  The 18-hole course, designed by golf design team of Hurdzan and Fry is the centerpiece of the community. Noted for its fast greens, this upscale course includes scenic natural wetlands, rolling hills, and bent grass tees.  A clubhouse with a pro shop accompanies the course.

In addition to golf, residents of Cumberland Trail can take advantage of scenic walking trails, swimming, and tennis. The clubhouse offers a fitness center as well as a grill for casual dining.  In addition, Ohio State University, Denison University, and Columbus theater, shopping, and dinning are just a short drive away.  Just a few miles east of Pataskala are the quaint towns of Granville and Newark, known for their antique and crafts stores and elegant old restored inns.
