Gull Lake View is a resort and community in Augusta, Michigan. It was opened in 1963 and is located in the southeastern portion of Lower Michigan. Golfing is offered in the spring, summer and the fall, with many packages and special pricing options.
Gull Lake View offers five 18 hole courses. They are Gull Lake east, Gull Lake West, Stonehedge North, Stonehedge South and Bedford Valley. The courses were all beautifully designed by Darl, Charles & Jim Scott. Golf prices range between $18 and $52, with special rates given for seniors, seasonal conditions and after twilight hours. There are two practice ranges. Nine practice greens are available before your round of golf.
There are three Clubhouses on the ground at Gull Lake. They offer swimming, tennis, a restaurant and Pro Shop. A Golf Pro is available by appointment for lessons and instruction. The facilities are available for banquets and private parties.
The housing community is growing rapidly. Housing is available for single families in beginning at $300,000. Houses in the community include condos, two story, traditional and ranch style layouts.
