Hassayampa
This gated golf community offers custom homes, condos, townhomes, and homesite lots in the ponderosa pine forest just two miles from the famous Whiskey Row of downtown Prescott. Lots range from just under a half to over three acres and from the low $100,000s to the high $400,000s. Homes are available from the low $500,000s to over $1 million. The magnificent surroundings—pine trees, large boulder formations, and views that go on forever—really will go on forever, since more than half of the 547 acres will remain undeveloped.
