Hawthorn Woods
Hawthorn Woods Country Club is a private golf course and golf community in northern Illinois. It was opened in the 1990’s and is located in northern Illinois on beautiful, well manicured lawns. Golfing is offered in the spring, the summer and the fall, weather permitting.
Hawthorn Woods offers 18 holes of championship golf, beautifully designed by Arnold Palmer. This course is prestigious, with very limited membership opportunities. Five different tees are set up to challenge every level of golfer.
The Clubhouse offers a swimming pool, a fitness center and several tennis courts. A fully stocked Pro Shop is on site with a Golf Pro available for consultation and lesson by appointment. There are dining facilities and a lounge for any food and beverage needs.
The housing development is growing rapidly. Luxury housing is available for single families in the range of $400,000 to $750,000. Homes in the community include two story, traditional and modern style layouts with ample floor space and deluxe features.
Hawthorn Woods is north of Chicago. It offers shopping and dining for every taste and budget. Cultural events and nightlife opportunities are endless in downtown Chicago. Many public transportation methods are near to Hawthorn Woods if driving a car is not an option.
