Located in Vero Beach, Florida, Indian River Club is a gated, private golf community. A perfect marriage of luxury, golf, and nature, the designers of Indian River Club have put together a low-density, 300-acre development that captures a quiet yet active lifestyle.

Since the 1920’s Indian River Club’s home, Vero Beach, has been a popular winter retreat. The early leaders of Vero Beach established a set of guidelines for architectural growth, growth regulations, and shoreline protection that have allowed Vero Beach to maintain its purity and charm through the years. Despite being a small town, there are many offerings: arts, entertainment, education, sports, and even a state-of-the-art medical facility that residents of Indian River Club will enjoy.

At the center of the community is the Indian River Club Golf Course. Designed by renowned course architect Ron Garl, the course is a 6,885 yard par-72 layout. Garl put the course together in a traditional 1920’s and ‘30’s style with four very different environments used in the course. For instance, the western fourth of the course has a Carolina course feel to it with mature long leaf pines. The middle of the course has more of an “Old Florida ambiance with white sugar sand and large lakes and mashes. The eastern part of the course then offers mature oak trees and one of the largest stands of sand pine in the country. Whether it is before of after your round of golf, you will have access to the Carolina Lowcountry style clubhouse. The designers are the very same that created the famed clubhouse at Augusta National.
