Lakewood Shores golf community is in Oscoda, Michigan. It was opened in 1990 and is located in the northeastern portion of Lower Michigan. Golfing is offered in the spring, summer and the fall, weather permitting.
Lakewood Shores is a public course offering three, 18 hole courses. They are The Gailles, Blackshire which opened in 2001, and the Serradella. They were designed by Kevin Aldridge. Golf prices range between $28 and $62, with special rates given for senior, seasonal conditions and after twilight hours. A wee links course is open for the kids and junior members to use. A driving range is also available for practice.
The Clubhouse offers a swimming pool, a lounge, a dining room and a Pro Shop. A Golf Pro is available by appointment for lessons and consultation. The facilities are available for conferences, banquets and private parties.
This is a gated housing community. Housing is available for single families beginning at $250,000. Houses in the community include two story, traditional and ranch style layouts with deluxe amenities.
