Links at Plantation Harbor, Havelock
A waterfront and golf gated community; Plantation Harbor is located in the eastern portion of North Carolina. Catering to young families and retirees, the community offers waterfront fun as well as golf. Within the development one can expect to try shrimping or crabbing, tennis or have deep water dock access. It is located just minutes from the North Carolinas Crystal Coast.
The golf course is privately owned. It offers 18 holes of numerous water hazards. Memberships or daily passes are available. In addition to golf, there are two tennis courts. Swimming can be found at the clubhouse complex, in the creek or head to the beach.
There is a walking trail under construction with a bridge connecting the boating area to a water front picnic area. There is plenty of hiking at the Outer banks and the nearby Croatan National Forest.
The community maintains a boat ramp and 10 slips for members of Plantation Harbor located at the upper end of Clubfoot Creek. The location is ideal for kayaking, water skiing and party boats. Fishing and sailing are also popular activities. By heading down the creek to the Neuse River and the Intra-Coastal waterway, it is possible to enter the Atlantic Ocean and be off to the Bahamas right from your own backyard.
