Golf Course Paradise

Meadowbrook Farms is a brilliantly designed private course in Katy, Texas right outside of Houston. There is a small number of lifetime memberships as well as both refundable and non-refundable golf and corporate membership plans. However, the level of memberships will be limited to ensure that members do not have to worry about not getting the game times they want. Since this is a new course, Founder and Charter members have a limited time to sign up for special offerings when they purchase a membership.

Premier Memberships are 100% refundable while signature memberships are non-refundable. Members have the option of reserving their game times especially during prime hours of operation. The members also have access to golfing events and social events at the clubhouse. Since Meadowbrook Farms is a part of the Heritage Golfing Group members can pay special prices for tee time at other Heritage Golf Courses as well as making reservations online, and access to the Meadowbrook Farms practice facility.

The championship golf course at Meadowbrook Farms offers play on 5,000 to 7,100 yards of greens. With the multiple tees simultaneous play can occur. The challenging course offers sod bunkers, sand traps, minor elevation changes in the greens and fairways, and natural barriers such as large trees, bubbling creeks, wetlands, and lakes all of which intensify each game. This 18-hole par-72 course was created by Greg Norman Turf Company.

Since practice makes perfect there are putting greens and a Player’s Development Center. At the Center PGA-level private instruction is available as well as a place for distance locators, tee stations, and practice ball sectors. Through the clubhouse and beyond corporate events, weddings, and charity functions can be planned. There are banquet rooms and clubrooms that seat varying amounts of guests as well as an outside terrace where tents can be put up. In the clubhouse and on the course there is a full service beverage station so players can cool down midway through the course.

The Meadowbrook Farms community is located on 1,300 acres. Close to 800 acres are underway in the development of residential area homes. The residential area will be developed by Landmark National, and since the homes have yet to be developed future residents who apply quickly will have the chance to customize their floor plans, amenities, amount of bedrooms, and other options for the right price.

Homes on Meadowbrook Farms will offer beautiful views of the golf course holes, lakes, creeks, and other natural terrain that makes the community so desirable. Prices have yet to be set for property lots though information will soon be available as the development of the community moves forward.
