Montreaux is a beautiful community located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This area is as scenically beautiful and intensive as you can possibly imagine. The on-site fitness center offers state of the art options including personal trainers, massages, fitness equipment, an Olympic sized swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and a daycare. Three lighted tennis courts are also available for people looking for another challenging game.

The Bear Trap is one of the newest phases with lots beginning at $390,000 and moving up to $900,000. You can easily find a home in this area with views of the fairway, lakes, or mountains.
