Architect Tom Jackson, created an 18 hole course which is often referred to as nothing short of spectacular. An LPGA major tournament is held here each year.

The community sits on 4000 acres of protected land, close to Aiken, SC and Augusta, GA but far enough removed from the city to offer a quiet daily life style. With miles of biking, hiking, walking or jogging trails, stream and fish stocked lakes, the plantation presents a wide variety of daily activity. Also on site is an equestrian center with full boarding and which offers lessons.

The town center provides tennis courts, a swimming pool, fitness center, community garden and quaint general store.

For Dining pleasure there is a restored plantation home from the 1840’s known as the Shaw House. It houses a tavern with grille, a formal dining porch, locker rooms, a pro shop and view of the extensive practice facility.

Home sites are available for custom homes, with either a course view or natural lake, wood and stream view.  For those families interested in carefree lifestyles, patio homes tucked away behind the clubhouse are available.
