Ft. Myers’ Renaissance community is located at the heart of Lee County. Offering luxury living close to pretty much everything Southwest Florida has to offer, Renaissance is also ranked No. 5 in the nation for golfer to holes rations according to the National Golf Foundation.
For those in the community wishing for membership at the club, The Club at Renaissance offers several membership categories to suit every style of private club living for every individual. Full membership gets use of swimming, golf, fitness, tennis, and clubhouse facilities, with no greens or court fees (there is a charge for use of carts). There are only 350 full memberships permitted. There are also, for non-golfers, memberships available that do not include golf.
Part of the charm of the homes at Renaissance is that every residence overlooks the golf course, community preserves, or lakes. Renaissance also boasts one of the lowest density communities in all of Southwest Florida with less than 500 homes set on its 501 acres of land. The landscaping and architecture show off a tropical and lush setting for the community’s coach homes and custom single family homes.
At the center of the community is the two story clubhouse. The main level of which includes formal and casual dining, a lounge, library and kitchen also houses the administrative offices of the facility. The lower level has the locker rooms for men and women, as well as the pro shop and club storage facilities. It is a worthy centerpiece both physically and socially for the Renaissance community.
