Rhodes Ranch Golf Club Las Vegas, Nevada
The ultimate desert paradise awaits you at Rhodes Ranch. The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club and Community are located conveniently close to the bustling Las Vegas strip. The ideal desert lifestyle is visible to residents and visiting golfers at the public golf course. The master planned community and course sit at the base of the Spring Mountains providing a lovely landscape especially during the evening when the Las Vegas sun sets across the horizon.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club was designed by Ted Robinson. The course is designed to offer a challenging yet enjoyable game to every player whether they are a beginner or a seasoned professional. Robinson boasts some of the best holes he’s ever designed on this 18-hole course. The course stretches across 6,909 yards of the 162 acres that comprise the Rhodes Ranch resort.
Rhodes Ranch opened to golfers in 1997. Since then it has been making waves in the golfing community and has quickly become one the most played courses in Nevada. The course has plenty of challenges such as slopes, hills, water barriers, and land barriers all with views of the Nevada Desert and the Las Vegas skyline.
The golf course is public so both visitors and residents have the ability to play the course as often as they like. Residents of Rhodes Ranch receive a discount for their game while residents of Clark County (where Las Vegas is located) must book their time on the greens a week in advanced. If you plan to be in the Las Vegas area and want to check out Rhodes Ranch, but you don’t live in Clark County, be prepared to make a reservation two months in advance.
The community of Rhodes Ranch is located on 1,500 acres which surround the golf course. Over six communities have been developed and are located in different neighborhoods, but the entire community is enclosed within the 24 hour guarded gate. The six main communities you can choose to live in are The Champions, The Lakes, The Links, Auburn Hills, Summerchase, and Montrose. The homes range in size from 1,200 square feet to close to 5,000 square feet. Prices start in the mid-$100,000 range and move up from there.
