River Run, Berlin, Maryland
River Run is a semi-private Golf Course and Community in Berlin, Maryland. It was opened in 1991 and sits atop 400 acres west of Ocean City, Maryland.
River Run has 18 holes of championship golf, designed by Gary Player. There are four different tees set up to challenge every level of golf enthusiast. Golf is year round, with rates starting at $40 and going up depending on the time of day and year. Golf and vacation packages are available to service every vacation or membership need.
The Clubhouse offers a well stocked Pro Shop. A Golf Pro is also on-site to offer consultation and lessons. A swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room are open for members and their guests to use. A Boat launch is also on the grounds at River Run for members to use.
A dining room offers breakfast and lunch daily, and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Banquet facilities are available for weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Housing in River Run is deluxe. Houses and condos start at $275,000 and go up in price to $700,000. Luxury amenities are offered, as well as open floor plans and large square footage.
River Run is seven miles west of Ocean City. It offers dining and shopping for every taste and budget. A short drive takes you to the Atlantic Ocean and its beautiful beaches.
