Golf Course Paradise

Royal Oaks is a semi private golf course and golf community in Maryville, Tennessee.  It was opened in 1993 and sits on 500 acres of hardwood trees amongst rolling hills in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.  Golf is offered in the spring, summer and fall months, weather permitting.

The Royal Oaks Golf Course was built by D.J. DeVictor.  It has 27 holes of championship golf, many of which contain water challenges.  Several tees are set up to offer more options to golfers, depending on their golf wants for the day.

At the clubhouse, there is a swimming pool and tennis courts for use by members.  There are also many activities scheduled for adults and children both on and off site.

Royal Oaks is a gated community.  The houses are exclusive and priced between $150,000 to $475,000.  They offer many deluxe and luxury amenities for families and couples.  Homes include two story, colonial and contemporary layouts.

Maryville, Tennessee is twenty miles from Knoxville.  It offers shopping and dining for every taste bud and budget.  Maryville is home to many parks and small stores with hand made items by its residents.  It offers small town living, with big city amenities nearby.
