Savannah Quarters Golf Community in Savannah, GA
Located a few minutes’ drive from downtown Savannah and all its history is Savannah Quarters Golf Community, a Greg Norman community offering an easier lifestyle. It is a 2,600 acre residential and commercial community offering a variety of neighborhoods and quarters.
Residents of Savannah Quarters will enjoy a number of amenities for residents and their families. There is a swim and fitness center with a swim complex that interconnects to a junior Olympic lap pool as well as a water slide. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the nature trail. The trail offers an adventure through the surrounding wetlands with views of gorgeous cypress trees and nature preserves. There are also two tennis courts, as well as a fitness center.
The Greg Norman signature golf course is the heart of the Westbrook neighborhood in Savannah Quarters. It is an 18 hole course which can play anywhere from 7,200 yards to 5,400 yards. The highlight is number 15 which challenges players with an island green. Family play is promoted through the course’s “junior tees.”
The Country Club also includes a southern style clubhouse. This center of the community offers locker rooms for men and women, a pro-shop, member’s grille, lounge, and dining area for both casual and formal dining. Views of both the 9th and 18th holes are available from the outdoor dining area. The clubhouse was designed with the idea that it would be the center for the Savannah Quarters community. To incorporate all budgets and family activity levels, the country club even offers a number of different membership options and levels.
