The Harbor Club on Lake Oconee, Georgia
The Harbor Club is a golf community located on 1,000 acres of wooded land along Lake Oconee in Georgia. This private community is just one hour from Atlanta and Augusta, so that it is a retreat that still remains close to the business and entertainment of the city. The club has a non-equity, 100-precent, refundable deposit membership program. This safeguards the investment in the club by property owners.
Residents will have access to a clubhouse offering a number of luxury amenities. There is access to a croquet lawn, as well as a fitness center and aerobics room. For dining, there is a formal lounge as well as an informal dining area. There are even men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as card rooms for social occasions.

The golf course itself offers a challenging and enjoyable round for both duffers and experienced golfers. There are many water hazards and Lake Oconee comes into play on a third of the holes on this 18 hole championship course. There are also a number of interior lakes and four creeks in play.
The clubhouse is a 15,000 square foot facility designed by Stephen Fuller. It sits overlooking the 18th green on a bluff. The Croquet lawn and golf practice area are also in view. The building also includes a tennis center, swim facilities, and a fitness area.
