The Rim Golf Club

Designers Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish called The Rim the best of the 28 U.S. courses the team of architects built together. Golfweek magazine rated it the Number One Residential Golf Course in the southwest three years in a row. The par-71 championship course is known not only for its strategic bunkering providing multiple challenges and exciting overall playability, but also for its enchanting features such as giant boulder outcroppings and natural elevation changes that provide amazing views of the Mogollon Rim plateau. The course can be played from 5,200 to 7,200 yards.

The clubhouse design beautifully echoes the early 1900s-era architecture of the Rim country while providing state-of-the-art facilities such as men’s and women’s locker rooms and lounges, a pro shop, a five-star restaurant, and an inviting bar with lounge. Club membership is limited to 295 property owners and includes just about every imaginable amenity: grocery delivery, housekeeping, one-on-one cooking lessons, in-home gourmet cuisine prepared by the Club’s chef, housekeeping services, indoor and outdoor home maintenance, shuttle service, secretarial services, expert security, a summer caddie program, curbside bag service, picnic lunch delivery at your cart, golf instruction, tournaments, and special events.

Homes at The Rim Golf Club are limited to only 205 in a commitment to preservation of privacy, views, and the environment. The 555 private acres at 5,000 feet are spread out within the largest stand of ponderosa pine in the U.S. and encircled by Tonto National Forest. Natural amenities include camping, picnicking, fishing, horseback riding, rock climbing, hiking, and hunting in the more than 2.9 million acres of National Forest land.
Homesites start at $325,000, and custom homes at $1,000,000.
