Twin eagles, located on the southwest coast of Florida in North Naples. This is the property of The Bonita Bay Group. This community is for those who love the game of golf. 275 members per 18 holes, a maximum of 550 members will able to enjoy this low-density golf environment. Residents and non-residents are eligible for membership in this community. 1115-acre development will be home for 186 residences. Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II designed championship golf course. Members can also enjoy 47,000 square foot clubhouse, created in the image of the finest Scottish manor. Amenities in this community are Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, social Club and security gate. Caddies are available for walking pleasure.
This is a low-density community with an abundance of natural areas.
The 47,000 square foot clubhouse continues the Scottish theme and includes dining facilities, men’s and women’s locker rooms, lounges, pro shop, fitness center, aerobic areas, exercise equipment and personal trainers. The ACE Group classic, Senior PGA Tour event was hosted in 2002-2004. Full golf members need not pay green fees, but they are required to pay golf cart and caddie fee. Second course is under construction. Minimum square footage is 3,500 under air. Single-family homes of a variety of floor plans and builders are available. Member will never be subject to assessments for capital improvement in this community. Homes begin in the $300,000 and Single-family houses start from $1 million.
