    @Itswalrus hmmm, perhaps the red circle is just really small compared to the size of the terrain you're trying to smoove? or the opposite. perhaps adjusting the size of the smoove tool radius would help.
    or maybe the terrain is grouped? in which case you would need to be in edit group mode for the smoove tool to work.
    if the terrain is grouped, that might also help explain why the paint bucket is acting funny.

    When I Use the smoove tool, it doesn't show the red cirlce, and when I go to paint the green, it would paint (I have everything selected and have the outline of the green, but when I click the paint bucket on the green, it just will not paint
